TLI Elite Training Homework #1

Here is the homework for Week #1.  Athletes should plan on doing this every other day (3 times) during the week.

Athletes should focus on perfect form for all of the elements. Speed is not important in these movements, except of course in the sprints.  We are working on strength and mobility along with it being a cardiovascular workout.

The workout should take about 15 minutes to complete.

Plyometrics
