Plyomterics – Air Squats

Start with your feet shoulder width apart and feet facing straight forward. To begin the movement push your hips back and bend down into a squat. Things to focus on during the movement:

  • Keep chest up (don’t lean forward)
  • Drive knees out (don’t “cave in”)
  • Drive through your heels
  • Drop until Hips are below Knees
