TLI Practice Plan 12-10

This is the final Practice Plan for this season.  We run through a good 2’s progression and then introduce the 4v3 drill.  This turns very game like.  After that we just play West Genny for the rest of the practice.   Attention must still be paid to all of the skills and concepts we have learned throughout the year during West Genny!!!  It can be fun to split the team up and keep score.  The coach is also the official scorer so he can disallow a goal for improper motion, bad decision making etc.

Stick Work – 35 Minutes

• 2’s – Forward Stick Outside
• 2’s – Forward Sticks Outside w/ Pump Fake Away
• 2’s – Shuffle Quick Sticks
• 2’s – Shuffle Wind Up
• 2’s – Wind Up Face Dodge
• 2’s – Wind Up Face Dodge Flip
• 2’s – Backwards Sticks Outside
• 2’s – Backwards Sticks Inside
