TLI Elite HW#4

Here is the homework for Week #4.  Athletes should plan on doing this every other day (3 times) during the week.

As always, athletes should focus on good form. In the Wall Ball portion of the workout, we are focusing on a small element of the throwing potion that is widely overlooked.  Constant practice of “Wristers” will increase quickness in players release and speed on their shots.
