Individual Online Coaches Education Program – IOCEP
This program is a scaled down version of our Online Coaches Education Program-OCEP (https://thelacrosseinstitute.com/ocep/). It is designed to help the individual coach maximize his abilities and be much more efficient and effective during his time on the field with the players. This is not as detailed or as involved as our OCEP, but still delivers the basic philosophy and curriculum in an efficient and extremely valuable manner. We give you stickwork and skill development progressions that you can introduce and progress at your own rate as you see necessary. This progressive style of teaching has been proven to be the most effective method of improving every player’s skill and IQ level. We also give a basic introduction into our Box-to-Field philosophy that introduces cutting edge stickwork and an introduction to the 2-man game.
